WATOWA’s sharing kitchen will be operated under the concept of a pop-up style for a limited time, inviting wonderful chefs from all over Japan.
There are many wonderful ingredients in the Yunotsu area. Different chefs will surely have different ways of choosing and using the ingredients. Please take a moment to relax in the Yunotsu hot springs, and stop by the WATOWA kitchen.

- ランチのご予約は承っておりません。万が一、満席や完売してしまった場合は申し訳ございません。何卒ご了承ください。
- ランチのお支払いは「前払い制」とさせていただきます。番号札をお渡しいたしますのでカウンター前にてお待ちください。
- 1F席はカウンター席（5名様）、テーブル席（2名様）、2F席は和室タイプになります。
- ディナー営業の閉店時間は状況・都合により変動します。ご了承ください。
- スタッフ数に限りがありますのでセルフサービススタイルにて営業させていただいております。ご協力いただけますと幸いです。
- Please note that we do not accept reservations for lunch. We apologize in case the restaurant is full or sold out.
- Payment for lunch is required in advance. Please wait in front of the counter to receive a numbered ticket.
- The seats on the first floor are counter seats (for five people) and table seats (for two people), and the seats on the second floor are Japanese-style rooms.
- The closing time of the evening service is subject to change depending on circumstances and availability. Please understand.
